Is not an easy job for teachers to abandon the old ways of teaching towards a new way of teaching. Teaching at SBI is not easy because we find that students are also not easy to learn. Until now there is not yet agreement on the best way how to teach. Education in the SBI should begin from an individual teacher self-reflection and reflection of practice learning factual conditions. The results that the authors did conclude that there is still a gap wide enough for teachers in implementing the theories of learning. For higher classes the teachers use teaching methods with more oriented to solving the problems of preparation exam. Learn to creatively include three aspects, namely, attitude, mindset, and content. Students need to learn the objective knowledge therein. Social interaction among students and teachers in the SBI will be able to provide creative activities for rectification kritisisasi concepts, so students will gain improvement concepts, so it has the same subjective knowledge with objective knowledge. Critical power and kretivitas students in SBI can be developed through creative learning activities can begin by defining the nature of the school. Among all the existing components, then the professional teacher has a strategic position at once became the focal point of attention to how far they are not only able to mendudukan himself in learning innovation, but play an active role in the SBI The nature of how students learn: a. Pupils will learn if given the motivation. b. Pupils studying in its own way c. Students learn independently and through cooperation d. Pupils need the context and circumstances that vary in their learning Revitalization efforts towards education is where educational practitioners are given the opportunity to conduct self-reflection, for then faced with a multi-entry decision on the basis of attitude-depth study of a new paradigm has to offer. Teachers must organize learning through stages of preparation, learning, and evaluation. To be able to develop learning that encourages critical thinking and creative then there are some basic assumptions that must be understood. First, viewed in a more humane, among others, can be regarded as a language, human creativity Secondly, the theory of learning based on the assumption that every student is different from one another in the mastery. Studying the development of creative, critical thinking power and creativity in the SBI has implications for the function of the teacher as facilitator as well as possible so that students can learn optimally. At SBI teachers have three main functions: as a facilitator, teaching resources and monitor student activities.
